Jason is an accomplished lawyer across several practice areas. After a successful 20-year career, Jason left the Fort Worth office of a major law firm to build his own firm. Today, Jason combines the flexibility of his small firm platform with the knowledge and skill set developed over a two-decade big firm practice — which enables him to provide the same high-quality service, but at a more affordable cost.

Jason has a sophisticated commercial litigation and family law practice, representing companies and individuals in federal and state courts not only in Parker and Tarrant Counties but across the State. A native Texan and 15-year resident of Parker County, Jason is proud to be called on when businesses and individuals alike are in need of help.

Jason has also developed a successful mediation practice. Jason’s 20-plus years of representing clients in commercial and family law disputes has given him the ability to shift a portion of his practice to serving as a professional mediator to help attorneys and their clients achieve resolution of disputes in a private mediation forum. Jason serves as a court-appointed mediator in the Fort Worth Division of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, a division that serves Parker, Tarrant and many other surrounding counties.
